We are looking for Shift Leads, someone who embodies the joyful, welcoming, and fun presence that is Malibu Jacks, while maintaining our high standard of cleanliness and customer service.What Youll Do:Leads employees every shift through placing, training, breaks, handling customer issues, and regular day-to-day business operationsCount and balance safe and change as well as all employee tillsTrain and provide assistance to all cashiersHave knowledge of all current cash policiesPlacing and receiving change ordersDaily checks on all cashiers that standards of service are consistently metClosing out, counting, creating a deposit, and submitting daily paperwork to corporate officeCommunicate daily with team membersMaintain a safety-focused, top customer service attitude at all timesMaintain an accurate record of employee attendance on a daily basisMake periodic checks on attraction operators and their ability to correctly and safely run attractionsMust be proficient in running all of the attractionsMaintain consistent notes on attraction operator performanceKeep Attraction Operators informed on all rules as well as potential rule changesOther duties may be assigned based on requirementsVarious duties associated with opening the parkAbility to count accurately and efficientlyAbility to multitaskAbility to lead a teamStrong and consistent customer serviceStrong teamwork ethic and attitudeTime management and a sense of urgencyMinimum Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of ageMust have 1 year of customer service experience or proven skills and abilitiesMust be able to work up to 45 hours per week, available to work every weekendMust have a high school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of relevant education and experienceAble to stand for long periods of timeAble to lift 30lbs unaidedWhat We Offer:Malibu Jacks offers great work-life balance.
