Remote: GermanyOwn the multichannel global CRM roadmap that deploys best practices across all our cruise brands & markets: You develop it & you run it.ResponsibilitiesOwn creating, delivering, measuring and improving results of the CRM roadmap: Primary focus is on email and SMS communicationBuild out, test, deploy and enhance the CRM data feeds, customize integration with ESP and use in automated contacts via email or SMS to enhance personalization and segmentationAutomate CRM best practices across all countries & brandsDrive customer contact that enables acquisition, nurturing, retention, and loyalty campaigns to efficiently scale our customer base in all marketsIdentify pragmatic ways in which data analysis, AI, machine learning or other capabilities can be used to improve results.Recommend and implement, together with greater tech team, CRM innovations for tooling, data capture, predictive targeting, automation of customer communication and use of AI where appropriateAnalyse and report on the effectiveness of automated communications, using data to build to insights, all to improve effectivenessEmploy A/B (or multivariate) testing to regularly learn what audience engagement best advance our business metricsWriting clean, maintainable and testable code, following coding standards, and conducting code reviews to identify and address any issuesWork with CRM vendors to increase performance and cost-efficienciesYour profileYou are a MarTech expert and have several years CRM experience and you understand both the software engineering as well as the customer retention marketing connected to itExtensive experience in building capabilities within an ESPYou embrace the "You build it, you run it" ethos with experience with automation and observabilityExpert knowledge of best-practices email marketing + strong background in other CRM channels (SMS, direct mail, 1-1 messaging platforms)Successful track record of optimizing and improving CRM channels in e-commerce businessesYou have worked with Email Service Providers (ESPs) such as emarsysWorking knowledge of SQL and HTMLStrong understanding and execution of agile methodologies and continuous deliveryGood communication skills, should be able to articulate thoughts and ideas to technical and non-technical audiences (in English)Our offerA hybrid job - mostly remote but with regular onsite meet upsFlexible working hoursAn international and diverse companyTeam and company events on a regular basisA dynamic environment with a start-up atmosphere and room for your own ideasTo accompany Dreamlines on its way to becoming the global market leaderA competitive salary and travel perks and discounts #J-18808-Ljbffr
