Location: Hamburg, Germany - Hybrid (60% Remote / 40% Onsite)One of our financial services clients is seeking two recruitment professionals to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping their workforce.If you are a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about end-to-end recruitment, client and candidate engagement, and thrives in a collaborative environment, then read onWhat You''ll Be Doing:Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including job requirements analysis, conducting interviews, active sourcing, and contract negotiations.Utilise platforms like LinkedIn, Xing, and Indeed for active sourcing to identify and attract top talent.Collaborate with stakeholders, including hiring managers, HRBPs, HR-Reward, HR-Operations, and the works council.Track and report on recruitment-related KPIs.Drive recruitment initiatives such as employer branding and partnerships with universities.Participate in recruitment projects, including the implementation of applicant tracking systems.Support the Head of Talent Acquisition and the local HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.Document processes and lead process optimization efforts.What Youre Made Of:University degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field.Extensive experience in managing the full lifecycle of recruitment processes.Proven expertise in Active Sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, Xing, and Indeed, with knowledge of current sourcing techniques and tools.Ability to manage high workloads efficiently.Strong personal credibility and empathy, with a drive to build trustful relationships.Excellent verbal and communication skills, capable of interacting with and influencing all levels of management.Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Avature, or similar).Business fluent in German (C1) and fluent in English (B2).What You Can Expect:A competitive base salary.Flexible working environment with a mix of remote and onsite work.A discretionary budget for personal use (including employee savings schemes).Significant employer contributions to a company pension scheme.Access to company sports and fitness activities at special rates.Bonuses on special occasions.30 days of leave (for a 5-day week).2 workdays dedicated to community involvement, charity work, or social outreach.Join Us:If you''re ready to make an impact and advance your career in talent acquisition, we want to hear from you!
