Wir suchen eine/n leidenschaftliche/n Kundenbrater/in im Bildungswesen für unser junges & schnell wachsendes Startup. Diese Vollzeit-Position ist im Homeoffice oder remote möglich. -- We are looking for a passionate student admissions manager for our young & fast growing startup. This full-time position allows for working full-time from home or remotely. The role requires advanced skills in both English and German. You will consult all prospective students through our admissions and enrollment steps, turning them into course participants, while ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment to all students joining our classes. You will ensure reliable, speedy and high-quality customer support to grow class sizes. You will maintain all necessary paperwork to a very high level of accuracy. You will run initiatives to improve the experience of all students, using relevant customer experience and success metrics. You will respond to student enquiries via various channels, including email and phone. You will build a strong relationship with the Agentur für Arbeit, and seek to continually improve StartStep's body of knowledge regarding the Agentur für Arbeit and Jobcenter, as well as their processes. You are not afraid to pick up the phone and call people – we'll be honest you'll spend a lot of time on the phone. Previous work in a sales role is a huge plus. You have proven a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. You have previous experience with a CRM (Pipedrive is a big plus). You are a star at establishing relationships with public institutions & maintaining these. You are able to present yourself & the company at information events. You are able to work with multiple stakeholders and teams to complete daily operational tasks. You are able to work well in a team, and ready to jump in and help others where needed, sharing your knowledge of AfA and their processes. APCT1_DE
