About the CompanyOur client is a design and manufacturing company. They are looking for a Manager of Investor Relations who will be responsible for providing support across fundraising, investor servicing, and other key initiatives in the private equity groups private funds. The individual will interact with all levels of the private equity organization, including senior leadership and investment professionals, along with colleagues across the other company platforms.Why Work HereDynamic and collaborative work environmentMentorship provided by senior management Opportunities for advancement within the companyExcellent packages offeredAbout the OpportunityServe as a key point of contact for existing and prospective private fund investors regarding financial information, fund performance, portfolio company updates, and RFIsDevelop financial and operational analyses to support strategic messaging to investors Crisply and effectively articulate the companys private equity strategy to stakeholders, including new transaction activity as well as ongoing portfolio updatesActively engage in the formulation of key messaging to the market and be an effective communicator of this messaging both verbally and in written formatPlan recurring and adhoc investor meetings, including the companys annual private funds investor conference, and all related materialsSupport the preparation of key fundraising deliverables for the private equity groupAssist with organizing and managing co-investment syndication activitiesExecute on strategic initiatives within the groupsAbout YouUndergraduate degree in business, accounting or financeCPA and/or CFA designation preferred4+ years of experience in any of the following disciplines: capital markets, investment banking, accounting, equity research, corporate development, investor relations, transaction servicesProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)A solid understanding of financial reporting and valuation models; knowledge of private equity investment structures is preferredExperience with Salesforce and FISDX (Sungard) is preferredOutstanding written and verbal communication skills with a particular strength in dealing with a wide variety of individuals at various levels within and outside of the organizationAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, global environment with demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks and demands under tight deadlinesAnalytic and strategic thinker with the ability to assess complex situations and make effective recommendations.Salary Range$125,000 - $135,000/yearHow to ApplyClick the Apply Now button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
