Site Superintendent Ontario Pharma, Medical Labs, Bioengineering, Semiconductor, Battery (clean, cold, dry rooms)The Site Superintendent is responsible for managing all on-site aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. The Superintendent serves as the key liaison between field crews, subcontractors, project managers, and clients.What you can expect:Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction activitiesManage and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and material deliveriesEnsure all work complies with project plans, specifications, and local building codesMaintain and enforce site safety protocols in accordance with OHS standardsDevelop and maintain construction schedules, track and report progressConduct site inspections to monitor quality control and workmanshipAddress and resolve any field issues or delays that arise during constructionMaintain clear and accurate daily logs and documentationHold regular meetings with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholdersEnsure tools, equipment, and materials are available as neededCoordinate inspections and work with city officials, engineers, and consultantsWhat we are looking for:5+ years of experience in construction supervision or general contractingExperience overseeing the build out of Medical Labs, Bioengineering, Pharma, Semiconductor, or Battery projectsStrong knowledge of building systems, codes, and safety regulationsProven ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectivelyOHS certification requiredProficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)Work Environment:On-site at construction projects (outdoor and indoor environments)May include extended hours, nights, or weekends depending on project needsThis position is 100% travel.Bonus points here:Bachelors degree in construction management or related fieldSolid MEP experience is a plus
