Job Description We are seeking an experienced Program Lead to drive the successful execution of both Professional Services engagements and Product Implementations for our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management, client relationship management, stakeholder management and communication, and technical solution delivery. The Program Lead will oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring that our solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and with a high degree of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Program & Project Leadership Lead the end-to-end execution of professional services and product implementation programs by managing timelines, risks, and milestones across multiple projects. Ensure successful delivery by aligning cross-functional teams on shared goals and maintaining a high standard of quality throughout. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication, aligned expectations, and strong relationship management. Proactively surface opportunities for business growth while driving engagement through structured updates and collaborative planning. Product Implementation & Integration Oversee the seamless deployment and adoption of ThoughtWin Systems'' technology products, working closely with internal teams to optimize frameworks and develop scalable implementation practices. Monitor adoption and feedback to ensure each rollout meets intended business outcomes. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Drive continuous improvement by refining delivery methodologies, mitigating risks, and capturing post-implementation insights. Promote efficiency, scalability, and knowledge sharing through structured team development and resource planning initiatives. Change Advocacy & Performance Execution - Act as a change champion by leading initiatives through evolving business needs, driving agility and adaptability across programs. Foster performance improvement through focused execution and accelerated delivery momentum. Portfolio Planning & Program Cadence Own the planning framework for a diverse program portfolio, influencing resource allocation, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement. Establish a consistent and transparent cadence for program reviews, decision-making, and delivery alignment. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or similar project management certification preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish within a technology-driven environment. Skills: Excellent client relationship management skills, with a track record of delivering high-impact solutions. Excellent executive communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex problems, develop strategic solutions, and execute plans with precision Strong background in enterprise software, SaaS solutions, AI, or data-driven product implementations. Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams and delivering multiple, concurrent client-facing projects successfully. Strong leadership, negotiation and decision-making abilities. Experience in AI, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation projects preferred.
