Oversee various development sites throughout the grading and servicing program while maintaining quality and prioritizing impacts on budgets and schedules Liaise between all stakeholders, including consulting team, internal departments, government agencies and other developers as part of general project coordination Manage and review tender process and negotiations, progress certificates and change orders throughout the construction process Provide input to Land Development Engineer on technical reports, drawings, and other consultant deliverables with a keen attention on grading and servicing feasibility Oversee development sites throughout the maintenance phase to assumption Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, filing, meeting minutes, financial reporting and other project reporting as required Assist with due diligence investigations on new acquisitions Help build industry and market presence and awareness Post-Secondary Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Real Estate/Business or related field ~Ability to provide innovative solutions to resolve issues on site ~ An understanding and/or keen interest for of planning policies, regulations, and approvals processes ~ Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
