About the Role Were looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager (CSR) who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you bring 3+ years of RIBO-licensed experience and want to grow with a collaborative, energetic teamthis might be the right role for you. What Youll Do Manage and service Group Personal Lines Clients Provide exceptional client service in person, by phone, and email Rate, quote, and issue renewals or endorsements as needed Liaise with underwriters and carriers; ensure compliance with guidelines Maintain accurate and up-to-date files in our BMS (TAM) and portals Follow up on claims, underwriting requests, and necessary documentation Contribute to a team culture of service, accuracy, and professionalism What You Bring Active RIBO license (or OTL with willingness to convert) 35+ years of personal lines insurance experience Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong proficiency in TAM, Compu-Quote , and insurance company portals A high level of attention to detail, time management, and organization University Degree or College Diploma preferred CIP or CAIB designation (or working toward it) is an asset Whats in It for You A dynamic and supportive work environment Opportunity to grow within a reputable and expanding brokerage Ongoing support for continuing education and professional development Competitive salary and benefits On-site, team-first culture that values initiative and collaboration Lets Connect We believe our people make the difference.
