Job Title

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Responsibilities Manage project schedules and budgets effectively Monitor and manage project deliverables Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them Support procurement process, including tendering, negotiations, and contract management. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies on all assigned projects. Qualifications Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management or Engineering with 5 plus years experience managing large scale multi-million dollar projects Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (municipal, mechanical, piping) Experience managing mechanical/piping or municipal projects is preferred.
