We are growing, and were looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as Commercial Partnerships Coordinator. The Role Reporting to the Commercial Partnerships Director, the Commercial Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our national and regional commercial partners. You will help ensure our partners are supported, aligned with our values, and delivering great offers to our members. This position is based out of our Toronto office and involves frequent travel. What Youll Do Solicit, build, and maintain relationships with national commercial partners. Support regional representatives in the development of regional partnerships. Coordinate regular meetings with commercial partners and maintain up-to-date records. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure partner promotional expectations are met. Ensure timely submission of reports and updates from partners. Review and approve partner marketing materials in consultation with the Commercial Partnerships Director. Help develop and execute an annual strategy to target new commercial partnerships. Participate in Union Savings internal meetings and contribute to reports and publications. Attend union affiliate meetings, conventions, and events as directed. Conduct site visits to union offices and maintain relationships with affiliates. Who You Are A relationship builder with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once. Comfortable with travel and flexible to meet the demands of the role. Proficient in coordinating events, meetings, and communications. Familiarity with unions, membership organizations, or non-profits is an asset. Bilingualism in English and French is strongly preferred. Resourceful & experienced in lead generation, cold calling and pitching prospects. Experience in using affiliate networks such as Rakuten and Impact is an asset. Requirements Valid drivers license and willingness to travel. Ability to work from the Toronto office. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
