Salesforce Platform Administrator/Architect (Hybrid) We are currently looking for an experienced Salesforce professional to take on a key hybrid role supporting the ongoing setup, administration, and evolution of our Salesforce platform. This role is ideally suited for someone who combines a strong background in Salesforce administration with hands-on development exposure and a passion for enabling business users through well-managed CRM systems. As our Salesforce go-to expert, youll work alongside internal stakeholders and an external System Integrator (SI) during the platforms initial implementation. Your role will focus on capturing essential knowledge, configuring and customizing the platform to meet user needs, and establishing governance that ensures long-term success and sustainability. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary Salesforce Administratormanaging user access, profiles, permissions, and security settings within Salesforce Lightning Support the creation and optimization of dashboards, reports, list views, and data visualizations based on team and business requirements Build and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts Develop screen flows and automation using declarative tools such as Flow Builder Oversee daily system maintenance and address user issues or change requests Collaborate closely with the implementation partner during initial deployment to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and future maintainability Document configuration standards, create user guides, and contribute to the formation of a Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE) Coordinate system enhancements, data integrations, and user training initiatives Stay up to date on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices Ensure system changes follow proper governance and documentation processes Contribute to the long-term roadmap for the Salesforce platform and its integration with other internal tools What You Bring Certification in Salesforce Administration, Development, or Architecture is a strong asset 5+ years of progressive experience working with Salesforce, including day-to-day platform administration and some exposure to solution design or development Solid understanding of Salesforce security architecture, user management, and object-level access controls Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder) Comfortable working across departments and translating user needs into system capabilities Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on user enablement and governance A collaborative mindset and a strong sense of ownership over platform health and usability Experience supporting or helping establish a Salesforce CoE or governance model is highly desirable Work Environment & Physical Demands This role is performed primarily in a standard office setting (with hybrid flexibility) Work may require prolonged periods of sitting and use of computers and standard office equipment Education & Experience Bachelors Degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 5 years working with Salesforce in an administrative or hybrid admin/developer capacity
