Responsibilities Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements, variance reports, and cash flow analyses for assigned properties. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tenant billings, ensuring accurate financial records. Assist in preparing annual budgets, reforecasts, and financial projections for property operations. Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and tenant lease details to ensure financial accuracy. Review operating expenses, recoveries, and tenant chargebacks, ensuring proper allocation and compliance. Work closely with property managers and leasing teams to provide financial insights and reporting. Assist with year-end audits, financial documentation, and tax filings as needed. Skills and Experience Technical Skills: Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, or similar property management accounting software. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations and lease accounting. Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with property managers, tenants, and finance teams. Experience: Minimum 3+ years of property accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate. Education: Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation or progress toward CPA is an asset.
