With our creativity, outstanding culture, and cool technology we may just be the best kept marketing secret in Canada.ResponsibilitiesProject management, including creative revisions, coordination of meetings, approvals and workback schedulesLiaising with creative teams and internal resources to ensure that projects are running smoothly and on timeLiaising with client and addressing day-to-day challenges and opportunitiesFostering positive client and internal relationshipsCoordination and execution of general/miscellaneous requests in the daily running of the accountDeveloping a thorough understanding of Direct Mail and Email best practicesEnsuring all internal departments have all necessary information, materials and elements in a timely mannerUsing your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive directionAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededDesired Skills & Experience2 to 5 years experience in Advertising/Marketing communications and/or agency experienceProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailDigital and/or Direct experience is an assetStrong written and oral communication skillsFrench is an assetSoft SkillsProactive approach to account managementConfidence without egoA glass-half-full type a positive attitude takes you placesFocused on every last detail because you get the big pictureEager to question things there is opportunity in questionsAccountable even when that means highlighting a mistakeEager to make those around you betterAlways up for a challengePassionate about advertisingThrives on multitaskingJAM CRM is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating and maintaining an inclusive and accessible workplace.
