This is a great opportunity for an individual with a passion for using data to drive insights, presenting key learnings and delivering transformational outcomes to our business through the use of advanced analytics, collections efficiency and disciplined risk governance. You are a leader with strong collaboration and communication skills and a great ability to manage multiple priorities in a very fast paced environment. You contribute to the success of the Collections function by defining, implementing, and tracking best-in-class collections strategies, consistent process execution, and oversight. You are a rigorous logical thinker, curious, flexible and have great teamwork abilities. Your background and experience is at the intersection of math/stats, data analytics, communication, and domain knowledge in Credit and Risk Management.Responsibilities:Leverage your strong credit and collections analytical background in order to collaborate with various business partners to:Lead collections analytics, strategy and portfolio performance assessment, and technological improvementGenerate analytical recommendations to influence stakeholders in their actions to minimize losses, improve dollars collected, and gain operational efficienciesEnsure all credit risks associated with collections are quantified with effective management reporting, across all components of collections (People, Data, Process, Technology, and Strategy)Manage processes related to gathering and processing of structured and unstructured data into a form suitable for analysisDeliver on analytical deliverables to improve collection efforts and recoveriesRecommend improvements to existing processes. Introduce changes under a test/control framework to help drive decisions that improve profitabilityProvide oversight of collection efforts by developing performance reports and early warning triggersCreate and maintain interactive data visualization through data interpretation and analyses, integrating various reporting components from multiple data sourcesSupport and enhance of existing reports and dashboards based on evolving business needsPrepare compelling, meaningful and memorable messaging and presentations to address business questions (both written and verbal)Have an open mind and a knack to collaborate effectively across internal and external partners to further capitalize on data assetsMentor team and participate in continuous self-learningQualifications:A Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or related discipline and a strong background in quantitative analysisStrong judicious relationship-building and negotiation skills to articulate sound recommendations and influence executivesExcellent communication and presentation skills: can convey messages in a clear, concise and succinct manner, select the best method of communication to influence business decisionsA results-driven individual with a high level of curiosity and the ability to dive into details without losing sight of the big pictureExceptional organization skills to prioritize, manage, and implement a variety of contesting initiatives, on a concurrent or staggered basis Strong background in quantitative analysis applied to portfolio metricsThree to five years of experience in credit and risk management, collections and provisions3+ years of practical experience in SQL and database programming3+ years in data visualization tools like Power BI, TableauExperience in problem solving and analytical skills to develop creative, unique and pragmatic approaches and solutions to address complex problemsProven analytical and quantitative skills to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analysesExperience in SFMC is a plusEnercare is an equal opportunity employer.
