Bilingual Store Manager Location: Gatineau, Quebec Job Type: Permanent LeverageTek is actively seeking a Bilingual Store Manager for a permanent fulltime opportunity with its Ottawa-based customer. Work Location Gatineau Onsite Thursday to Monday (off Tuesday and Wednesday) Key Tasks Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to create a strong store culture that generates high performing and engaged employees Provide an optimal level of leadership, while coaching and developing store employees Analyze results, set and achieve clear goals for the store and sales team Strong understanding of retail store operations, merchandising and customer service Must be organized and detail-oriented person with strong follow up skills High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask Key Qualifications Experience directing the day-to-day functions of a sales floor Must be able work weekends and evenings Management experience required, Retail Store Manger experience preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education preferred Reliable transportation to and from work Flexible work schedule, evenings and weekends Proficient computer and technology skills Professional dress and appearance A self-motivated person who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in retail and monitoring the flow of customers, managing and directing the day-to-day functions of a sales floor Asset Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus but not mandatory.
