Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sheetmetal Foreman role located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Sheetmetal Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating sheetmetal projects, managing a team of workers, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining quality standards in sheetmetal work. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Strong expertise in operating and maintaining various ventilation equipment. Skilled in various sheet metal techniques, such as cutting, bending, welding, and finishing. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements. Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of safety protocols and practices within a manufacturing environment.
