The Process Consultant will support Enterprise Digital & AI Enablement by leading process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and frontline delivery. The role involves working on multiple projects with cross-functional teams, mapping current and future state processes, analyzing data, and recommending process optimizations. This role is hybrid and is 2 days a week in office. Key Responsibilities: Identify and assess opportunities for operational and business process improvement Develop current and future state process maps using tools like Visio and FigJam Facilitate stakeholder collaboration sessions and brainstorming meetings Conduct data analysis to support insights and decision-making Lead or support short to medium-term initiatives (60-120 days) focused on best practice implementation Contribute to broader business improvement projects and represent process expertise Must-Have Qualifications: 3+ years of process engineering experience using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies 3+ years experience with Microsoft Visio and O365 Suite 2+ years experience with FigJam or Mural Strong process mapping and design skills Proven ability to analyze and resolve process or operational issues Nice to Have: Financial institution or banking experience (e.g. call centres, back office, branch ops) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Knowledge of change management practices Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong independent contributor with collaborative mindset Effective decision-making and relationship-building skills Proven ability to navigate and enhance complex business processes
