Are you ready to provide input and influence on all phases of the work?The RoleBased out of Winnipeg, and with minimal travel, the Senior Project Manager will be involved in contract management, estimating, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time, within budget, and in-scope. The ideal candidate will be independent, collaborative, hands-on, and have minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management of multidisciplinary projects. As a senior member of the Winnipeg office, the Senior Project Manager should also have a solid background in dealing with clients and key project stakeholders.Duties and ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage infrastructure, commercial and industrial projects from inception to completion.Oversee project budgets and resource requirements.As part of dynamic team, this position will plan and operationalize large infrastructure projects.Allocate and manage resources to meet strictly defined timelines and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with industry safety regulations and quality standards.Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and key team members.Ensure clear and effective communication with clients and project team. Special Note: This position is focused on managing infrastructure and construction projects from the Winnipeg office, with minimal travel involved.
