Job OverviewWe are seeking an innovative and dynamic Marketing & Education Manager who is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, conducting market analysis, managing promotions, and overseeing advertising efforts both online and offline. This role also involves organizing exhibitions and designing marketing materials. Close collaboration with the Managing Director, headquarters (US), and Vatech Global (KR) is essential. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct.ResponsibilitiesLiaise closely with the Managing Director on all campaign launches and operational tasks.Support the full execution and delivery of projects in conjunction with other Managers.Producing forecasting for future campaigns.Continuously upgrade and gain knowledge as required to perform given tasks.Exercise professionalism and remain ethical in all situations.Liaising with HQ (US) and Vatech Global (KR) on relevant issues and updates.Reporting to Managing Director on daily basis.MarketingMarket Analysis - Provide analysis of internal and competitor launchesPromotion Building On/OfflineAdvertising On/OfflineExhibitions Organising /AttendingDesign Exhibition Stands, Prints, Online Materials etcSNS contents managementEducationOnsite, Online, Inhouse Training/Demo on Vatechs Dental Imaging Products/Software to clients (Dentists, Nurses, Dealers etc)Plan and execute relevant education coursesProvide Product Training for internal staff for newly developed products and softwareRequirementsFull driving license holder (required)Eligible to full-time work in CanadaMust be fluent in English (Korean - preferred)Travelling is required in Canada / Overseas3 or more years of relevant work experience (preferred)Advanced MS Office (Excel/World), Photoshop, Illustrator, CanvaExcellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail is importantPeople management skill is essentialTeam player
