Summer Job for Students We are currently hiring Painters and Crew Leaders for the summer of 2025. Both positions are full-time. This job runs from May to August in Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, and Vernon. Perfect for students who will return to university/college in the fall. You do not have to be enrolled in school to apply. Although it is an asset, no previous painting experience is required as we thoroughly train every team member. Compensation: - The piece rate will start at $20/hour and will increase based on your efficiency and role. - Bonuses based on performance - Painters with a strong work ethic and good attention to detail will earn $10,000- 16,000 over the summer. - Tips from happy clients Apply with your friends/roommates to work on a team of 2-3! Painters: For this position, we look for individuals with great commitment, communication skills, and attention to detail. You will learn hands-on knowledge of painting and will be paid based on your performance for each project. You will be responsible for the quality of work, daily communication with the operator, and transportation to and from the job site. Most of the work is done outdoors and includes ladder work. Expected salary: $10,000- 16,000/season. Crew Leader: In addition to painting, this position would give individual leadership experience in helping to manage a crew. Crew Leaders are responsible for making sure projects run smoothly and team members are finding satisfaction in their work. They will be in charge of carrying tools and ladders to the job site.
