Now Hiring: Estimator Paving & Construction Are you an analytical and detail-oriented Estimator with experience in civil construction? What Youll Do: Analyze project plans, specs, and contracts to prepare precise cost estimates Perform material take-offs and quantity calculations Prepare and submit competitive bids for public and private projects Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors for the best pricing Develop cost breakdowns for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors Assist in project scheduling and budgeting Stay updated on market pricing trends and industry costs What Were Looking For: Experience in construction estimating (roadwork, grading, paving preferred) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contracts Proficiency in estimating software & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills Understanding of public and private sector bidding processes Security clearance eligibility for federal site work Valid drivers license Ready to take your career to the next level?
