Law Clerk - Estate & Trust Litigation Tupman & Bloom LLP is a boutique litigation firm specializing in estate, trust and capacity litigation and civil litigation matters, including professional liability, breach of trust and administrative litigation. T&B is currently recruiting a Law Clerk to join our team in our Toronto, ON office. Minimum 2 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting; estate litigation is a plus; legal assistant or law clerk program; Proficiency in the use and application of Word, Adobe, Excel and Outlook; Preparing court documents, including but not limited to, application/motion materials, statements of claim/notices of action, mediation briefs, factums and book of authorities; Supporting file work by identifying, obtaining, and organizing documents from the clients and from other parties to the litigation; Docketing time using case management software.
