Freelance Designers Join Our Creative Collective We''re building a trusted network of freelance designers to collaborate with our growing team. As we evaluate our current team capacity and upcoming project needs, we''re opening up space for experienced freelancers to join our creative roster. Whether you''re available for short-term support or looking for something longer-term, we want to get to know you. Who we''re looking for You have 7+ years of experience in design and bring both creative excellence and strategic thinking to your work. You''re reliable, accountable, emotionally intelligent, and resilientsomeone who collaborates well across teams and presents work with confidence. You might bring some (or all) of these skills: Campaign ideation and concept development Motion graphics and video editing (with a strong design eye) UX/web design Social media and digital ad campaign design Production design for print and digital deliverables Bonus points if you: Speak French Are comfortable navigating client presentations and feedback loops Love creative problem-solving within strategy-driven projects. Tools you use: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and whatever helps you do your best work. We''re still assessing whether upcoming roles will be freelance or full-time, but for now, were building a strong bench of freelance collaborators so we can hit the ground running when the need arises.
