Responsibilities: Business Development support Support Sales team to generate new business opportunities and manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and influencers across the region / Strategic Planning for client pursuits to ensure closure, negotiate contracts. Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate solution feasibility and value, fostering trust and engagement with ISU stakeholders as well as customers Cloud Strategy and Roadmap development - Develop hybrid cloud roadmaps and strategies for clients, conduct comprehensive cloud assessments, distributed cloud architecture design and create implementation plan and roadmap Technical Leadership - Lead full lifecycle IT strategy and cloud advisory engagements, provide technical guidance and influence client stakeholders to ensure downstream cloud adoption engagement for TCS. Evaluate and select cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, IBM, Nutanix, Neo Cloud, etc.) and third-party tools. Consulting/Solutioning capabilities - Cloud / Data Architecture, Industry Cloud, Mergers / Divestitures, Optimization / Operating Model, Ecosystem Integration Client Engagement - Trusted advisor to client senior-level executives, identify client business objectives and critical success factors, address client business challenges through hybrid cloud and AI enablement in dynamic team environments Participate in local hiring activitie s, Oversee and supervise team activities. Guide team of solution architects and provide leadership bandwidth to enable team. Market Intelligence - Maintain expertise in cloud technologies, understand market and customer needs. develop competitive intelligence strategies, align to evolving cloud trends Building Intellectual Capital - Publish whitepapers, blogs, and give conference presentations to establish credibility in the cloud advisory space, build case study repositories, playbooks, and best practices Metrics, Risks and Compliance - KPIs and Metrics, Mitigate Risks, Ensure compliance as per local and Industry standard regulations Required Skills & Experience Strong customer-centric mindset Eye for a sale with heart of a solution architect. Ability to assess and evaluate new business opportunities Ability to explain technical concepts customer stakeholders like Sr. Director, Ent.
