Guide transition to Agile environments, aligning teams to delivery best practices. Advise senior leadership on Agile mindset, organizational change, and scaling frameworks. Lead Agile workshops, develop training programs, and support roadmap/story map development. Foster continuous improvement and team performance across multiple business units. Must-Haves: Valid Security clearance at the Enhanced Reliability Level 10+ years Agile experience, with 5+ years as a coach/advisor at enterprise level. Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., ICAgile, PMI-ACP, DAC, PSM, KMP). Experience supporting Agile transformation in government or financial sectors.
