BILINGUAL LEARNING ADMINISTRATOR FULL-TIME TORONTO, ON Salary $55-65K Are you passionate about learning and education? Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at coordination? They are looking for a sharp, organized, and collaborative professional to join the Learning and Development team to maximize efficiency and ensure students receive top-quality service and positive course experiences. The Job! Reporting to the Manager of Learning and Development, you will: Manage access and usability of the learning management system (LMS) Provide technical support to instructors, students, and other users on the LMS Review, identify, and implement process improvements on the system Assist in translating resources and communications Receive, respond to, and send communications regarding the LMS Ensure quality assurance through testing and updates, resolving any issues Track, report, and analyze data and insights regarding system use for optimization Coordinate virtual learning sessions and seminarrs Assist with technical issues regarding online education channels Collaborate with colleagues, instructors, volunteers, etc. regarding seminars and relevant projects related to the LMS Ensure invoices for faciliators/instructors are processed in a timely manner Other tasks and projects as assigned. What you bring to the job You are a problem-solver with great communication and a collaborative approach. You are organized, detail-oriented, and a relationship-builder. You also have the following qualities: Post-secondary education, ideally in learning and development. Experience working with an online learning management system (e.g. D2L Brightspace) Experience in executing and providing support with online education Experience in a client or customer-facing role and excellent service skills Fluency in English and French at a professional, native, or bilingual level Strong and effective communication skills, both written and verbal Qualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Rhiannon Bodman.
