About the Role The Corporate Law Clerk will be a vital member of the corporate legal team, working closely with company counsel, the corporate secretary, and fellow law clerks. Responsibilities include managing corporate records, preparing documents for entity formation and dissolution, filing annual returns, and drafting minutes and resolutions. The role also involves handling securities and corporate governance matters for public companies within the firm''s Global Manager Group. This position offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with ample opportunities for growth. This position requires the candidate to be on-site 4 days a week in Downtown Toronto office.
