The Opportunity: Our client is ready to hire their first digital Product Manager. This mission-critical role will champion a market facing transformative journey as the business expands its global footprint. The Product Manager will be tasked with elevating the digital experience to deliver a modern, intuitive interface that upholds the integrity and sophistication of our client''s luxury brand. The Product Manager will be instrumental in capturing the attention of discerning interior designers and luxury home architectsand positioning the brand as their go-to choice for fulfilling the refined needs of their clients. The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed: Digital Experience Expertise : Experience leading the development of modern, elegant, and intuitive digital interfaces, ideally for high-end retail or luxury brands. Customer-Centric Product Vision : Deep understanding of user behaviorparticularly trade professionals like interior designersand a knack for translating their needs into standout digital experiences. Brand Sensitivity : A sharp eye for aesthetic detail and the ability to maintain the visual and tonal integrity of a luxury brand through digital channels. eCommerce & Omnichannel Knowledge : Strong grasp of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento, etc.), and how digital tools connect with in-store and trade experiences. Trade Customer Acumen : Experience building tools or platforms tailored to B2B usersparticularly design professionals, architects, or other high-touch clients. Data-Informed Decision Making : Comfortable with analytics and user insights to guide roadmap decisions, test hypotheses, and measure feature impact. Cross-Functional Leadership : Skilled at collaborating with design, engineering, marketing, and executive teams to drive initiatives from concept to launch. Strong Communication & Storytelling : Able to articulate product vision, rationale, and strategy clearlyinternally and externallywith confidence and clarity. Global & Scalable Thinking : Familiarity with scaling digital products for a global audience, including considerations for regional UX, logistics, and market-specific needs.
