Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As an IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent for our clients. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit IT professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates'' qualifications and fit for specific roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Facilitate the offer negotiation process and assist in onboarding new hires. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment. Requirements: Proven 1-3 year of experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role in the IT consulting or staffing industry. Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies. Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn recruiting). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
