We are seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Recruitment Specialist to help attract exceptional candidates for a variety of roles. Job Overview As a Bilingual Recruitment Specialist , you will play a key role in identifying, screening, and recruiting top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies and manage the full-cycle hiring process in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions ranging from entry-level to senior roles. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment events. Conduct interviews in both English and French to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop recruitment strategies. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Present candidate shortlists with recommendations to hiring managers. Assist with bilingual onboarding and new hire documentation. Track recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Fluency in French (Quebec) and English (written and verbal). Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse candidate pools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
