Your mission (non-exhaustive list) : Contribute to the success of the DC and Savings practice by leveraging market knowledge and understanding client needs Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on complex issues, consulting with internal experts as needed Manage and oversee projects and resources , ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions to drive their success Develop and maintain strong client relationships , ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their growth and ensuring high performance Ensure the profitability and efficiency of projects, managing budgets and resources effectively Contribute to the strategic direction and initiatives of the practice , ensuring alignment with organizational goals Qualifications and skills: At least 10 years of experience in a DC and savings practice Strong business acumen and strategic thinking , with the ability to anticipate client needs and market trends Expertise in developing savings strategies and delivering high-quality solutions to clients Excellent leadership and team management skills , with the ability to mentor and develop junior colleagues Strong communication and presentation skills , with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team environment Decisive and strategic decision-making and the ability to navigate complex situations Share Normandin Beaudrys values: excellence, respect, initiative, collegiality Bachelors degree in finance, economics, actuarial science, or other relevant degree Professional designations or licences, such as CFA, CAIA, FSA, FCIA, ASA, CFP or other relevant designation, are considered an asset This position is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional who wants to shape the future of our DC and Savings practice in Toronto and have a positive influence on the human capital and financial performance of our clients.
