Our client is is going through a strategic ERP transformation and looking for a senior OCM consultant to help with their transition. The ideal candidate will work at a strategic level with executives and the steering committee. Collaborate with executives and the steering committee to develop and implement a Change Management Strategy aligned with SAP adoption goals. Facilitate change readiness activities, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, change capacity evaluations, and organizational readiness initiatives. Serve as the primary advisor to senior leadership on change strategy and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Identify and manage key change initiatives and stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of SAP. Design and execute communication plans , training programs , and stakeholder engagement strategies to support all phases of the SAP transition. Oversee post-go-live adoption efforts , including continuous improvement initiatives and control measures to ensure sustainable change. 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, with a focus on technology implementations. ~ Proven expertise in working with executives and steering committees to deliver strategic change initiatives. ~ Hands-on experience managing change management programs for SAP or similar ERP systems. ~ Demonstrated ability to develop and execute communication and training strategies for complex system transitions. ~
