Your new company Foresight Recruitment Group has partnered exclusively with Mainline Living & Traine to recruit an experienced Senior Leasing Specialist, to be based out of Kelowna. This is your opportunity to not only work for an Owner / Manager but also a Residential Developer with a great reputation for creating fantastic communities, offering tenants a great place to call home! Your new role You will report directly to the Regional Property Manager and be responsible for all aspects of residential leasing. From managing and responding to rental enquiries, to scheduling viewings to preparing documentation and managing the move in process, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service from start to finish. This role would suit someone who is proactive, customer-focused and looking to grow their career in residential leasing. What you''ll need to succeed To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in leasing residential / multifamily apartments or condos. Strong customer service skills are essential along with a high attention to detail.
