Your mission (non-exhaustive list) : Play a leading role in the strong growth of our compensation practice in Toronto and the rest of Canada Influence the strategic direction of the practice in terms of client management and business development Propose innovative business solutions , ensuring their profitability and alignment with the objectives of the firm and its clients Analyze data and adjust compensation strategies accordingly to facilitate decision-making Contribute to developing and motivating a diverse team, encouraging team members to play an active role in achieving objectives and to adhere to the firms values, and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment Ensure excellent representation of Normandin Beaudry to our clients and defend our interests with judgment and integrity Qualifications and skills: Multiple years of experience in a broad based compensation consulting role Strong business acumen , with an aptitude for networking and developing strategic partnerships Proven expertise in developing compensation strategies and managing high-level client relationships Ability to inspire and lead a team in the pursuit of excellence, while fostering a work environment that is conducive to innovation and performance Demonstrates decisive and strategic decision-making and the ability to navigate complex situations Share Normandin Beaudrys values: excellence, respect, initiative, collegiality Bachelors degree in human resources or business administration (finance and economics) or any other relevant degree At least 20 years of hands-on experience in a compensation practice A professional designation, such as from the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario (CHRP) or other relevant designation (nice to have) This position provides an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional who wants to shape the future of our compensation practice in Toronto and have a positive influence on the human capital and financial performance of our clients.
