Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Experienced Business & Estates Litigation Associate based out of our Toronto or Burlington offices. Qualifications 5+ years experience Strong background in Law, with proven litigation experience Experience with drafting and arguing Motions Proficient in legal Research and analysis Skilled in conducting Depositions and gathering evidence Experience representing clients in Courts and legal proceedings Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and independently Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
