Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual (French-English) IT Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of IT professionals for contract and permanent roles across North America. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting, and closing candidates Build strong pipelines of qualified IT professionals across a variety of skill sets (e.g., developers, business analysts, project managers, cybersecurity, cloud engineers) Engage in proactive headhunting through LinkedIn Recruiter, internal database, job boards, and referrals Conduct thorough interviews in both English and French to assess technical and interpersonal fit Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand client needs, timelines, and candidate requirements Maintain accurate records and candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Stay up to date with tech trends, recruitment tools, and the competitive landscape Support bilingual mandates with a focus on delivering high-quality, quick-turnaround candidates Required Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)- Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) Strong understanding of IT terminology, technologies, and job functions Proven track record in candidate sourcing and placement Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Monster Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting for the Quebec and Eastern Canada market Previous experience in a fast-paced consulting or staffing agency environment What We Offer: Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives A dynamic and collaborative team environment in a central Yorkville location Career growth opportunities and professional development support Exposure to national and international client accounts
