Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Wealth Management Project Coordinator with expertise in Power BI and SQL . This role is designed for an individual with a strong foundation in wealth management, project coordination, and data analytics. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the project management team, stakeholders, and technical teams to support the smooth execution of wealth management projects, ensuring that the project''s data and reporting requirements are met using Power BI and SQL. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of wealth management projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Support the Project Manager in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and resources. Organize and schedule project meetings, track action items, and provide status updates to stakeholders. Help manage communication between business users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project components. Create and maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, project plans, and status reports. Data Reporting & Analysis: Use Power BI to develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide insights into wealth management projects. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and design reports that meet business needs. Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and manipulate data from various sources to support reporting and analysis tasks. Ensure data quality and accuracy in reporting, conducting data validation and verification as needed. Assist in the development of data models and business intelligence solutions to enhance decision-making for wealth management teams. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for project-related queries, ensuring clear and consistent communication across teams. Assist in preparing and delivering presentations, project updates, and progress reports to senior leadership and business stakeholders. Coordinate project-related meetings, ensuring that agendas are set, minutes are taken, and action items are tracked. Risk & Issue Management: Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and potential roadblocks to the Project Manager. Assist in developing mitigation strategies and resolutions to keep projects on track. Track project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines. Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving project coordination, reporting, and overall project management processes. Work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, optimize data usage, and improve reporting processes. Contribute to post-project reviews and lessons learned to enhance future project performance. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or other project management certifications are a plus. Experience: 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, with a focus on wealth management, finance, or banking. Proven experience working with Power BI for reporting and data visualization. Strong proficiency in SQL , with experience in writing complex queries to extract and manipulate data from databases. Experience with wealth management platforms, financial tools, or financial services is a plus. Skills: Strong project coordination skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Advanced proficiency with Power BI (creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations). Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with data management best practices and data governance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
