Individuals will collaborate with the project manager to oversee architectural projects through various phases of development. Key responsibilities include engaging in meetings with clients and contractors, preparing presentations and contract documents, and addressing project requirements. *This is an in-office position* Qualifications: Diploma in Architectural Technologies from a recognized Canadian institution or equivalent certification. 4-8 years of experience in the architectural field. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, and MS Office applications. Strong understanding of architectural detailing principles and practices. Exceptional design and graphic representation skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Positive attitude with a proactive approach to prioritizing tasks in a dynamic team setting. Primary Duties: Assist in the creation of architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details. Contribute to the preparation of construction documents, such as specifications, schedules, and material selections. Collaborate with the project team to ensure design compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other requirements. Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to discuss project progress and coordinate design efforts. Aid in the preparation of presentation materials for new projects using software like Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion to produce 3D models, renderings, and animations.
