Collaborate with global supply chain operations and sales teams to define project objectives, KPIs, and success metrics. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, plans, and closure reports. Drive SAP S/4HANA implementations and integrations for global finance, supply chain operations, sales, and IT workflows, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Have awareness of the optimization of processes related to financial and controlling process, order management, inventory, sourcing, and customer engagement. Lead change management efforts, including training plans, user adoption strategies, and testing protocols for operational and sales teams. Communicate project updates to workstream stakeholders, providing actionable insights through detailed reports and reviews. Ensure all assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while achieving defined business outcomes. Proactively manage risks and resolve issues to ensure successful project execution.
