We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Bank Verifier to join our NA Master Data Management (MDM) team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of financial data provided by internal stakeholders and external vendors. You will ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations while maintaining high standards of data integrity. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable spending a significant portion of their day on the phone verifying information. This role is based in Mississauga, ON and will report to the Global Master Data Manager . WHATS IN IT FOR YOU? Performing outbound calls to validate information directly with vendors. Ensuring financial master data is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve inconsistencies in financial records. Tracking and recording verified data, escalating issues as needed, and providing support across MDM functions as required. Identifying data quality issues and opportunities for process improvement through regular audits and trend analysis. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: 13 years of experience in data verification, banking, accounts payable, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be comfortable making cold calls and spending extended periods on the phone. Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office 365. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
