Duration: 9 months (extendable) Job Type: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite) Key Responsibilities: Review, interpret, and analyze contract clauses to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Assist in the organization and management of vendor contracts and procurement processes. Support the team with legal documentation, contract negotiations, and vendor risk assessments. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline contract review and approval processes. Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Provide administrative support related to legal and procurement matters. Utilize Microsoft Suite tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) to prepare reports, presentations, and documentation. Required Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant. Strong knowledge and experience in reading, writing, and interpreting contract clauses. Familiarity with general procurement, vendor management, and third-party risk assessment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: Background in Information Technology (IT). Experience in procurement or contract negotiation. Legal background with exposure to corporate or commercial law. Education & Certifications: Bachelor''s degree in a related field required. Paralegal Certification required.
