Job Description: The Production Technician is responsible for all cultivation operations, from preparing grow rooms to harvesting and post-harvest processing. They ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures to maintain product quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Cultivation Operations: Understand, operate, and optimize cultivation processes in accordance with company procedures and industry best practices. Grow Room Maintenance: Perform and oversee regular maintenance of cultivation rooms, including sanitation and workspace organization. Crop Preparation: Assist in setting up grow rooms before planting, including preparing growth media, soaking cubes, and transplanting clones. Clone and Plant Management: Monitor and maintain clones and young plants to optimize their development. Flowering Cycle Management: Observe, maintain, and adjust plant growth parameters during the flowering stage to ensure optimal yields. Hygiene and Organization: Ensure that all cultivation spaces remain clean, safe, and well-organized throughout the production cycle. Harvest and Post-Harvest Processing: Participate actively in all harvest-related tasks, including trimming, drying, and packaging. Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks related to production and cultivation maintenance as assigned by management. Desired Profile: Prior experience in horticulture, preferably in cannabis production (an asset). Ability to work in a controlled environment while strictly following production protocols. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to procedures. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively. Good physical condition, capable of lifting heavy loads and standing for extended periods. The Production Technician role requires strong attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to strictly follow established procedures.
