Civil Project Manager Civil Construction Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. (Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable client in the civil construction industry. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Project Manager to lead and manage all phases of civil construction projects from initiation to completion. Project Planning & Coordination Develop and execute detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met. Budget & Cost Management Monitor project budgets and control expenses to ensure financial targets are met. Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to verify progress and quality. Risk & Safety Management Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation plans. Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols on-site. Resolve issues promptly to avoid project delays or safety incidents. Lead and mentor project teams to maintain high performance and accountability. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior leadership. Maintain organized records of contracts, permits, reports, and other project documentation. Ensure timely submission of project-related reports and documentation. Utilize project management software to monitor progress and performance. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience managing civil construction projects. Proven track record with large-scale infrastructure or site development projects. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation. Deep understanding of construction codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. Primarily office-based with regular site visits. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions during inspections. Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, to meet project demands.
