As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for administrative support to the Account and Project Manager(s) and the Project Team(s). We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering fast and accurate administration support and promotes a positive office atmosphere. If you have great administrative skills and outstanding interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Project documentation: Create and maintain accurate, clear and concise project administration documents, including meeting minutes, logs, registers and status reports.General documentation: Proofread, format and edit documents using set templates to ensure accuracy and clarity.Minute-Taking: Provide high-quality minute-taking to support various project teams, ensuring agreed action points and decisions are recorded accurately and comprehensively.Coordinate Project Activities: Schedule regular meetings, record decisions, and break projects into manageable tasks.Follow-Ups: Provide project teams with follow-ups and updates arising from action items based on project meetings.SharePoint Management: Update SharePoint libraries and ensure proper formatting and editing of technical documents.
