Your main responsibilities will include:Develop and implement performance metrics, risk strategies, and cost-control measuresEnsure vendors meet quality, compliance, and contractual obligationsLead RFP processes and vendor evaluations in line with organizational needsResolve operational issues in collaboration with digital, cybersecurity, and business teamsMaintain strong communication with vendors and internal stakeholdersDrive process improvements and report regularly on vendor management outcomesWork closely with legal, procurement, and governance teams to ensure policy alignmentWhat you bring to the jobYou are someone with strong understanding of the tech vendor landscape and digital environments and have experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams in complex settings.
