You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of IT professionals for contract and permanent roles across North America.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting, and closing candidatesBuild strong pipelines of qualified IT professionals across a variety of skill sets (e.g., developers, business analysts, project managers, cybersecurity, cloud engineers)Engage in proactive headhunting through LinkedIn Recruiter, internal database, job boards, and referralsConduct thorough interviews in both English and French to assess technical and interpersonal fitCollaborate closely with Account Managers to understand client needs, timelines, and candidate requirementsMaintain accurate records and candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Stay up to date with tech trends, recruitment tools, and the competitive landscapeSupport bilingual mandates with a focus on delivering high-quality, quick-turnaround candidatesRequired Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)-Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)Strong understanding of IT terminology, technologies, and job functionsProven track record in candidate sourcing and placementExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneouslyProficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and MonsterPreferred Qualifications:Experience recruiting for the Quebec and Eastern Canada marketPrevious experience in a fast-paced consulting or staffing agency environmentWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary with performance-based incentivesA dynamic and collaborative team environment in a central Yorkville locationCareer growth opportunities and professional development supportExposure to national and international client accounts
