This role is responsible for the synthesis, analysis and reporting of brand performance, market trends and drivers, and strategic opportunities. They act as an active business partner through regular reporting, data dashboarding, forecasting, coaching and performance diagnostics. All to turn market data into actionable insight. Specific Key Responsibilities & DutiesReportingMonitor and analyze various scan and panel data to evaluate category and brand performance.Maintain a suite of market and brand performance reports to understand market trends and drivers, competitive dynamics and JWEL owned brand share position (across channels and segments). Deliver reports and reporting packs monthly, quarterly, annually and ad hoc as required.Maintain regular report templates on topline performance, innovation performance, brand growth drivers and category dynamics such as protein.Support the development of monthly operating reports, board of director presentations and others.Leverage the full suite of market metrics (from Nielsen, SPINS, IQVIA and others) to conduct performance diagnostics, deep dive reporting and trend identification.Support the development of longer-term category outlooks, contributing inputs, assumptions, and validation as needed.Monitor and report on customer POS forecast accuracy.Help identify innovation opportunities based on market trends and competitor activities.Support and coordinate advanced analytics projects, such as innovation incrementality, price and promotion, and marketing mix modeling studies.Present analytics updates to brand and cross-functional teams, with guidance as needed.Database, Dashboard & Supplier ManagementQuality check data, dashboards and reports for accuracy and functionality.Work with internal and external partners to maintain data accuracy and timeliness of internal customer POS and related dashboard and reports.
