Today, they have over 70 employees and generate $ 50 M+ in annual revenue.Who You Are:You are an operations professional with 10+ years of progressive operations management experience across the supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and transportation. You will have experience in 3PL, retail, industrial manufacturing, and/or a distributionenvironment and will be familiar with the complexities of implementing new systems, setting up new warehouses, and negotiating with vendors.Your Impact:The Head of Operations is a core member of the companys leadership team and will actively participate in strategy formulation and business planning across all aspects of the organization. The Head of Operations will be a fantastic leader of people able to manage up and down the organization and is also responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the company. This role will advance the companys goals and business objectives and drive improved performance through operational excellence and process rigor.You will develop and implement KPIs and metrics to assess the success of operations, measure ROI, and implement KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and growth.You will provide leadership and guidance to the warehouse employees and team, fostering a culture of innovation and improvement, and driving overall operational excellence.What Are We Looking For?To be considered for this impactful role, you must possess the following qualifications and experiences:Overall: 10+ years of Leadership/senior management experience at the business operations level, preferably within a retail or distribution-type business.Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading transformation and/or change management, preferably through acquisition and/or integration.Change Management: Experience leading operations in a fast-paced, high-growth business within an entrepreneurial, high-performing environment. Tech-Savvy: Proven ability to transition from paper-based processes to digital systems. Experience with wireless warehouse solutions and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) implementation.
