Youll collaborate with various teams to ensure all aspects of dry utilities, such as electrical, telecommunications, and gas services, are properly installed and meet project standards. Youll be the leader on-site who ensures compliance, maintains quality control, and promotes a safe working environment while keeping schedules and budgets on track.You will lead by example and work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure that construction standards are met and work progresses smoothly. Your leadership will make a difference in the timely and successful completion of our utility projects.Ensuring that all utility equipment and installations are continuously monitored for safety and functionality.Carrying out thorough inspections and site checks to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project.Verifying that all construction work complies with applicable codes, standards, and company guidelines.Enforcing legal regulations and safety procedures to protect the health and well-being of the team.Proactively identifying faults or malfunctions in utility meters and coordinate the necessary corrections.Completing cost allocation for all Amico employees on site via HCSS softwareAssisting with scheduling and coordination of suppliers and sub-tradesAssisting with scheduling and coordination of crews to sitesCompleting and maintaining daily journals/site recordsApplying strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, AdobeOrganizing / preparing administrative documentsUnderstanding Surveying & Site Layouts, Grades, etc.Inventory and monitoring of tools and equipment on site for cost controlDocumentation and the preparation of additional work documents for submission to clientRequired Skills and Knowledge:We are looking for a committed and skilled professional who takes pride in doing quality work. You are experienced in managing construction projects and familiar with the requirements of dry utilities.
